Sheriff: Couple Brought 4-Month-Old Along On Robbery Spree

KOCO: A couple accused of going on a home break-in spree in Davidson County last week have been charged with child abuse for allegedly bringing along a 4-month old child, Davidson County deputies said.

Deputies said the Michael Ray Thompson, 28, Talitha Renee Thompson, 23 and Bradley Steven Stone, 25, were arrested Thursday after a citizen spotted them leaving the scene of one of the crimes, followed the vehicle and called 911 to assist deputies in locating the vehicle.
Deputies said the three were involved in four break-ins in the Tryo community.
Michael Ray Thompson and Stone were charged with three counts of felony breaking and entering, three counts of larceny after breaking and entering, one count of felony attempted breaking. Thompson also faced once count of misdemeanor child abuse.
Talitha Renee Thompson was charged with one count of felony breaking and entering, one count of larceny after breaking and entering and one count of misdemeanor child abuse.
All three were being held in the Davidson County Jail.
