Youtube Video Leads to Siblings' Arrest

KTLA: A brother and sister were arrested for insurance fraud after a Youtube video proved their car had been damaged during an illegal street race.
21-year-old Jay Chen and his 29-year-old sister, Tracy Chen were arrested last week and charged with felony auto insurance fraud
Authorities say the brother and sister gave conflicting reports to their insurance company about what caused the $76,000 worth of damage to Jay's 2009 Nissan GT-R supercar.
After the claims were filed, investigators found a video clip on YouTube showing the car in an apparent illegal nighttime street race on Glendora Mountain Road.
In the video, the car is seen crashing into a barrier while executing a turn. The vehicle appears to sustain the same damage Jay Chen reported to have been caused by a freeway collision.
The San Bernardino County district attorney's officer charged Jay Chen with six counts of felony insurance fraud. Tracy Chen is charged with one count for her corroboration on a false claim.
The siblings were booked March 5 and both face fines and up to 5 years of prison time if convicted.
