Mom Loses 150 Lbs on 'The Clothesline Diet'

At age 26, mom of two Karen Gatt weighed almost 300 pounds. She forced herself to diet and walk around the clothesline in her backyard every day.

Now she's lost 150 pounds, kept off the weight for eight years and is teaching others to shed the pounds in her book "The Clothesline Diet."
