Nike has launched a new ad called "Earl and Tiger," featuring the beleaguered golfer and the voice of his late father and mentor, Earl Woods.

The black-and-white ad, running on the eve of Tiger's return to the Masters, features a shot of Tiger. He does not speak, but Earl's voice plays over the video, saying, "I want to find out what your thinking was; I want to find out what your feelings are. Did you learn anything?"

Along with the ad, Nike has released the following statement: "We support Tiger and his family. As he returns to competitive golf, the ad addresses his time away from the game, using the powerful words of his father."
