Today, John Edwards' mistress and babymama, Rielle Hunter, opens up to Oprah Winfrey.
Oprah Winfrey traveled to North Carolina to interview Rielle Hunter at her home in Charlotte. Rielle Hunter tells Oprah that Elizabeth Edwards didn't know about her husband's affair until after John Edwards gave an August 2008 interview to ABC News correspondent Bob Woodruff, reports AP.
Oprah also asks Reille about those GQ photos, asking, "What were you thinking?" (We can't wait to hear the answer to that one!)

I’m not watching. Hunter is a jerk and should be ignored. She set out to break up the Edwards’ marriage. She thinks she had the right to decide the Edward’ should split up because she wanted him. She has behaved in the worst possible way here. And if she wanted to do the best thing for her kid, she would shut up and stay out of the limelight already.
Oops, I meant “crawl back into the hole”— guess it’s coffee o’clock!
Hmmm… seems the moderators objected to me calling Rielle a more aggressive word for a woman who sells her body. Oh well. What I said was that I agree with the other posters— she was obviously malicious in her intent to be a homewrecker, has a misplaced sense of entitlement, and doesn’t deserve any more attention.
Attraction happens…but not everyone is available. No one should feel they have the right to intercede in a marriage for any reason. Any women who allows herself to be pulled into being a mistress is a cruel, selfish skank…stupid to boot(do you really ever hear of the mistress getting the guy?) As for children born out of these affairs..another selfish act…these children don’t have choices and are forced to live with the poor choices of their parents. Furthermore, do they ever think of what they are doing to the family they are meddling in…think of what they have to live with in the aftermath, particularly in the case of a child born from the affair. The wife and children now have a forever reminder of the disgusting betrayal and the poor child has to live with being thought of that way, sad, sad, sad. The wife, children and affair children have no say as to what they have been burdened with, no right to say, “I don’t want this,” or choose not to be involved in these affairs. All for sex really, nothing more, so selfish, so sad.
Mistakes are a part of being human. Appreciate your mistakes for what they are: precious life lessons that can only be learned the hard way. Unless it’s a fatal mistake, which, at least, others can learn from.
