The family of Benny Willingham, one of 25 killed in the West Virginia mine explosion, said mining was his life.

Willingham's daughter and other family members were on this morning's "Today" show, discussing Willingham and his commitment to working in the job he loved for over 30 years.

Mining is such a dangerous profession. Our hearts go out to all the moms and daughters and fathers and sons who are in mining families.
