AshleyMadison.com Sign-Ups Triple The Day After Father's Day

Last month, we reported that 31,427 women signed up for AshleyMadison.com the day after Mother's Day -- which is over ten times the average number of women who typically sign up on any given Monday.
Now it's the dads' turn.
On a typical Monday, approximately 6,000 men join AshleyMadison.com (a.k.a. the dating site for married people). But on the day after Father's Day last year, the website saw close to 18,000 new male sign-ups. They are expecting the number to be closer to 21,000 this year.
Noel Biderman, president and founder of AshleyMadison.com, believes there is one major reason why dads turn to the site the day after Father's Day. "Men are disappointed with how they are treated within their own family -- a family they work so hard to provide for," he says. "This is the one day they are really hoping to be put on a pedestal and to have some wishes fulfilled that reminds them of why they work so hard -- only to find themselves facing the same outcome as every other day: no sex, no intimacy, no appreciation."
Moms, are you buying it?
My husband gets the same treatment that day that I get on mother’s day….Nothing! Thats his fault.
It could also be that Father’s day is at the start of summer.
Maybe that first glimpse at the wifey in swimsuit attire makes him think about upgrading.
You know, Tom, that’s because men marry women solely for their bodies and for nothing else. Oh, not to mention that Daddy has a beer belly anymore and funky hair growing on his shoulders- so he’s such an awesome catch and deserves an “upgrade”.
I call BS on it. BS! Men think they can get away with anything they want to because society says they can.
The issue is epidemic as a father and a husband seeing how interchangeable you and your spouse are is very upsetting and just goes to show the moral degradation of our society.
Tom, The love of your life has no upgrade
NedNoD, Do not paint all Men with the same brush.

I’m surprised. My guy isn’t really into holidays and wouldn’t know they existed if we didn’t remind him. I thought acting spoiled about your special day was female thing.
