Palin was just 17 when she found out she was pregnant with her son Tripp -- which also happened to occur at the height of her mother's political campaign. Today, she's handling life as a single mom.

She poses with her son for the campaign, which also features ads starring celebs such as Hilary Duff, Jenny McCarthy, Ashlee Simpson, Usher and more.

The Candies Foundation reaches millions of teens each year with high-profile media campaigns that encourage the delay of pregnancy.
