CBS News reports that Terri was served with the divorce papers and a restraining order late Monday night. Kaine reportedly moved out of the house they shared and took their 18-month-old daughter with him.
Police haven't named Terri an official suspect, but they have given her two polygraphs, combed through her cell-phone records and have examined her truck. She was the last one to see Kyron alive.
"The police are really keying in on her; they think she is the heart of the investigation," former federal prosecutor Laurie Levenson tells CBS.
A few weeks ago, we ran the story, "Did Kyron Horman's Stepmother Do It?" Given these new developments, do you think she is to blame for Kyron's disappearance?
