If she can afford a $2500 Segway she could have afforded a baby sitter.

Jason, I don’t think she’s jay walking, it looks like she’s crossing at a cross walk.
The only problem I really have with this is that it’s too hard to control a stroller with one hand but maybe she has uber strong wrists and it’s not a problem for her.
For safety reasons, she should attach the stroller to the Segway. She’ll be able to hold on with both hands and drive faster…
