K2 can be over 15 times more powerful than marijuana. It's marketed as incense or bath salts, and cannot be detected on a drug test.
Nationwide, more than 500 people have phoned poison-control centers about the drug so far this year, up from just 12 calls last year, according to "The Early Show."
