Newly obtained court documents show that Phoebe Prince, a young student who committed suicide allegedly after facing severe bullying at school, may have been deeply troubled before she even set foot in South Hadley High School, "Today" reports:

There has to be a stop on this, I don’t know exactly how but this unnecessary deaths and suicides have to find a stop or else we will be facing a really dangerous scenario really soon.
