Lately, there's been plenty of attention paid to Shiloh Jolie-Pitt's preference for boys' clothes. Could the real reason for her wearing tomboy apparel be that Angelina and Brad are just trying to save money?
According to UsMagazine.com, that's why Edie Falco buys androgenous clothes for her kids. "It's hard to justify spending a lot of money on kids' clothes, because they grow out of them in five minutes," said Falco, 47. "And my kids don't really care what they wear."
The "Nurse Jackie" star says she refuses to go overboard shopping for her children, Anderson and Macy. "So I occasionally buy something for my son, and he wears it until he grows out of it, and my daughter wears it," she said. "I just make sure that it's unisex."
Falco has more restraint than some of us. Sometimes our mouths water at the sight of all those adorable designer kids' clothes ... then we see the price tags, and we regain our senses. The reality is, that pricey outfit will only look good for a very limited time.
