Divorce Detox: "Eat, Pray, Love" -- the story of one woman's journey from a devastating breakup to loving again -- is an inspiration to many women going through divorce. Lacking the funds to take off on a whirlwind adventure doesn't mean you can't experience major transformation in your own life. Here's how to "Eat, Pray, Love" in your own hometown:

Eat. Forget about the calories for the weekend and give yourself a free pass to explore your tastebuds. Map out a food crawl using Urban Spoon or one of your local food blogs as your guide. Discover quaint cafes or quirky dives you've never been to that specialize in your favorite foods. Drop any self-judgment that you may have about eating alone. Leave your divorce behind, indulge and enjoy.

Pray. Centuries-old meditation techniques can help clear your mind of those obsessive thoughts about your ex and other devastating divorce thoughts. Google "meditation classes in [YOUR CITY]" to find a list of local organizations that offer free or low-cost classes. Go with an open heart and mind. Meditation can help rebuild your self-esteem and peace of mind.

Love. With divorce, all too often the biggest rift in your life is the relationship with yourself. The first step in finding love is learning to love yourself again. This includes loving your body -- whatever shape it's in. As odd as this may seem, this little exercise was given to us by a Sri Lankan Buddhist monk when we were going through one of our own "Eat, Pray, Love" experiences. Every morning after you bathe, stand in front of the mirror naked, look at yourself and love your body. Shift from scrutinizing your body to gazing at it with loving eyes and unconditional acceptance.
