Kim recently told CNN that she travels with her Baby Cook baby-food maker from Williams-Sonoma, and that after a brief trip to a local Whole Foods (or its equivalent), she's off and cooking for her daughter.
"We ask the hotel to put in a little fridge or empty out the mini-bar to put all the food in there, and we try to make most of her food ourselves," she told the news outlet. Now that's dedication!
