Momlogic's Vivian: We were shocked and bummed to learn about Courteney Cox and David Arquette's split. But what shocked us even more was Arquette's lack of decorum in spilling the deets about his marriage and sex life!

According to the New York Post, Arquette let loose on Howard Stern's Sirius radio show, complaining about the deterioration of his and Courteney's sex life and yapping about his fling with waitress Jasmine Waltz, ex-fling of Ryan Seacrest and infamous puncher of Lindsay Lohan.

"My sexual encounter made me feel pretty manly," blabbed Arquette about his tryst with Waltz (who also happened to star in a few episodes of Arquette and Cox's defunct tabloid drama, "Dirt"), adding that he and Cox had agreed it was OK to "see" other people.

Ew!

Arquette said Cox gave him the boot (along with a motorcycle) shortly before their 11th wedding anniversary this past June, because she "didn't want to be my mother anymore."
While talking about how things had gone downhill with Cox during the filming of "Scream 4" this past summer, Arquette felt compelled to add, "We hadn't had sex in a month by that time. Since then, it's been four months or so." The guy went on to describe sex with his wife as "beautifully passionate" but "methodical" and "scheduled, to a certain degree."

Double ew!

But even after broadcasting their dirty laundry on national radio, Arquette said he hopes to rekindle his marriage with Cox. "I've been begging Courteney to get back with me," he said. "She's the greatest woman in the world."

Um ... this kind of reckless blabbing wouldn't happen to be what got him in the doghouse to begin with, would it?

When Cox's BFF, Jennifer Aniston, split with John Mayer a while back, her numero-uno pet peeve was that Mayer had been willing to blab the deets of their breakup to anyone who'd listen. Did David Arquette learn nothing from that situation?
