Chicken & Prosciutto Tortellini with Creamy Butternut Thyme Sauce

ml's Susannah Locketti: This dish combines healthy convenience foods with a little creativity to create a quick and easy dinner perfect for date night. Instead of spending all your time in the kitchen, you can kick back and relax with this fuss-free yet sophisticated dinner for two.
Chicken & Prosciutto Tortellini with Creamy Butternut Thyme Sauce
Serves Two
9 oz. container fresh chicken and prosciutto tortellini
1 cup canned butternut squash soup
1/4 cup plus 2 TB grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 TB butter
Fresh thyme
Method
Place the tortellini in salted boiling water. While the pasta is boiling, combine the soup, cheese, butter and fresh thyme in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 90 seconds until hot, and stir. Drain the pasta and toss with the butternut squash sauce. Top with additional grated cheese and thyme. Serve hot.
This dish cost me under $10 because I already had the cheese and walnuts on hand. The fresh tortellini was priced reasonably and because it's for date night, I splurged a bit with the chicken-flavored variety.

Hello, - found out about your internet page unintentionally when looking across the web this afternoon, and happy that i did! I do like the design and style and tones, but I need to point out that I’m having difficulty when it loads. I’m using Safari 3 browser for mac, and the header would not line up as it should be. i’m convinced applied the exact same layout on a customer’s online site, but the menu seems O.k. on mine. I have an idea the problem is at my end and I guess it’s time to change!
Remarkable

I’d have to consent with you here. Which is not something I typically do! I enjoy reading a post that will make people think. Also, thanks for allowing me to speak my mind!
