Do You Ever Feel Like Your Husband's Mom?

David Arquette said on the Howard Stern radio show this morning that Courteney Cox doesn't want to be his mom anymore.
"She says that to me: 'I don't wanna be your mother anymore,'" Arquette said. "I appreciated that. I respected that. I've been going to therapy. I'm trying to grow up."
To many of us, this sounds familiar. Do you ever feel like your husband's mom?

No more than he feels like my protector, provider, and handyman :) It’s our partnership, he has his roles and I have mine (nurturer, nagger, etc). He’s also my best friend, partner, and lover so to reduce our relationship to specific parts is inaccurate and unfair. That being said I don’t know the dynamics of their particular relationship.
