Lisa Rinna announced to People Magazine that on August 29th, she went under the knife -- and this time, it wasn't to increase her lips, but to decrease them. "My lips started to define who I am," Rinna, 47, told People. "That bothered me." 

She also admitted that, upon telling the public that she had gotten silicone put into her upper lip, she got a bad reaction which hurt her feelings.

Now Rinna's lips are bump-free and "smooth," and she says she doesn't care about what the public has to say -- she did it for herself. Though it will take up to six months to heal, Rinna says she "feels fantastic."
