Guest blogger Michelle Fiordaliso: "Gulliver's Travels" opens on December 25th, and momlogic spent a morning chatting with the film's stars -- Jack Black, Emily Blunt and Jason Segal -- at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills. Here's what they had to say about some of our favorite topics.

Gulliver's Travel
Jack Black explained the comical conundrum of being both a superstar and a dad. "I don't want to bring [my 4-year-old son, Sammy] to the premiere," he said. "It's going to be too intense. He doesn't really know that I'm famous yet, know what I mean? He might freak out if he realizes he's sharing me. He's starting to notice. For instance, the other day, he said, 'Does everyone know you?' And I was like, 'A lot of people know me, yeah.' And he said, 'Does everyone know me?' I said, 'No. But some people know you.' So he's starting to get the concept of the biz."

Emily Blunt -- who sports some killer dresses in the movie -- shared her thoughts on her fashion choices outside of the film. "I have a stylist -- not for my day-to-day, but for days like this, when I am working," she said. "When I'm doing press or a red-carpet event, my stylist is amazing. And she's a friend of mine. I've known her for years, so she knows exactly what looks good and what I like. She'll say, 'I pulled all this stuff.' And I'm like, 'Yes, yes, no, disgusting, no, hate it, love it.' But when I'm not working or doing press or anything, I literally dress like a teenage boy: drainpipe jeans, crazy boots and T-shirts. That's literally it."

In the film, Jason Segal's character, a commoner, must commit a "valiant act of bravery" to transcend his social class and win a shot at wooing the princess. When asked how we could commit "valiant acts of bravery" in modern times, he had a few suggestions. "There are worldwide charities that are incredibly important," he said. "You know, the world has become much smaller, thanks to the Internet. But there is so much you can do in your local environment in terms of sending kids to school. It comes back to kids again for me. I think the more you can educate kids, especially in your own community, the [more] it brings the whole community up for sure. Education is a big one."
