It's going to be a boy and a girl for Mariah Carey and hubby Nick Cannon when they have twins this spring, a source tells USMagazine.com.
"They are so excited! They are busy decorating the nurseries [in their L.A. and NYC homes] and using neutral colors now," says a source close to the couple.
In October, Mariah confirmed pregnancy rumors and in December Nick said on his radio show that he and wife were expecting twins.
