March on over to IHOP, where they're celebrating National Pancake Day today, March 1st, and offering one complimentary short stack of buttermilk pancakes between 7 AM to 10 PM. In exchange, IHOP asks that you leave a donation to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
Last year, IHOP raised more than $2.1 million on National Pancake Day -- and this year's goal is to raise $2.3 million!
