As jmet stated keep make sure you have the 5.1 sound checked and get rid of the 2 channel that is where DC’s are at and by unchecking this you will get rid of them. You can try using the audio button on your DVD Remote for the disk you already burnt and see if you can just select the 5.1 audio some standalones will automatically default to the 2 channel, using the audio function and picking 5.1 may correct this.
