This weekend, Neil Patrick Harris shared a picture of his adorable, giggling baby twins, Harper and Gideon, along with his partner, David Burtka.

Harris tweeted this pic along the words, "Relaxing on a Sunday afternoon. My heart is full of love."

The "How I Met Your Mother" star and his longtime partner welcomed their twin babies, born through a surrogate, in October.
