I am a HUGE fan and have been for years. I have a daughter that has two special needs children and when she had the first son, my partner and I thought we thought we would be raising him but she stepped up, became and the MOM but when the second one came along she really showed us what she was made of. My first grandson has autisum and just turned 5 in January, my second grandson has hypotonia which is related to cerebral palsy and he is about to turn 3 in May. She has both boys in occupational, physical and speech therapy and works with them constantly. Her hope is that one day they will be able to be self sustaining citizens and be able to contribute back to society. There are no words to express on how proud I am of her and how she has stepped up to be the best mom she can and try to raise these boys on the bare minimum her husband brings home. They are trying to save their money so that one day that can build a home of their own instead of renting in a neighborhood that is not in the best part of town. My partner and I help at times but it just with their bills at times when we can. My son-in-law traded in his pick up truck,(that he loved the only vehicle they had)so they could get two smaller vehicles to drive so that my daughter would have a car to drive the boys to their therapies and he drives the other one. Now my son-in-law is no small man but he drives this car almost from the back seat everyday to work and back and never complains. I don’t know if there is anything you can do but just a holla be something. Your show brings such joy to so many people’s homes, includings ours, it would mean so much.
