I am in my sixth week of Boot Camp -- and if you think that I am going to lose weight and get fit -- you are wrong. I am going to Boot Camp to get strong muscles and build endurance for the big Christmas toy unwrap marathon.

While putting our old and worn (but loved) nativity scenes back together, I thought about how much words can sting. We sometimes need putting back together.
In the past two years, there have been so many challenges. I have kept myself busy, throwing myself into the children, things in the community, work ... motivated by the fear of really feeling the pain from all of this. But on a long stretch of road, I was able to let it all go.
Last night I took two of my daughters to see "The Wizard of Oz." It was a great performance with a very talented cast. As I watched the play, I found it leaving me questioning a few things.
