Meredith: Normally, I would be counting the days until ovulation. However, this month I am going to try to be less consumed by "O Day." I am going to prepare my mind and body for it without fixating on it. Let's just say I am going to be zen about it this month. Or at least, attempt to be. I am going to try a few different things to get pregnant that I have heard about and a few of my own ideas. For the record, I am not a zen, feng shui, yoga type of person. I may break some of the zen rules, but I am going to do it my way. I am going to start each day by simply relaxing and doing a quick meditation. I will attempt to eat as healthy as I can (I will limit my fast-food intake to only 3 OK 4 days a week). I'm trying, alright?!? I am going to continue working out and kickboxing.

I am also going to try a Chinese Medicine doctor for acupuncture (I already have an appointment). I never thought that getting needles put in different places on my body could get me pregnant, but it's worth a try. By the way ... where do those needles go? I hope it doesn't hurt. I have heard from a lot of ladies that swear by acupuncture and many that have gotten pregnant as a result.

Now don't laugh ... I am also going to a psychic. Like I said...I am going to try a few different things. I must admit I am a Psychic Virgin. I have always thought that the people that go to psychics are a little weird. Now, I will be one of them. My husband does not like the idea and thinks I am messing with the devil. Trust me ... I am not "dark sided." I just want to see if the psychic can see a baby in my future. Is that so wrong? Regardless, I am going.

The way I see it is, whatever works or may work I am willing to give a shot. If you have anything you did to get pregnant that worked for you, let me know. I am open to trying new things.
