Meredith: I vowed to try some new things this month, in my efforts to conceive. Here is my first attempt at the slightly unusual.
I had no idea I would be so excited to hear what a "psychic" would say about my chances of conception. After all, I don't believe that Psychic Maria had an M.D. after her name or even a diploma of any sort. What she did have, according to the girl at the register who promptly took my money, was 15 years of psychic experience. I did think to myself, how does one get psychic experience? Is there a psychic training program? Did she one day wake up psychic? I did not know the answers to these questions and did not want to waste my precious minutes asking about her. I wanted to know about me!

Both my children were accurately predicted by a psychic, and - without my saying a word - he knew when I’d recently miscarried as well. There are a helluva lot of quacks out there but every once in a blue moon, you come across one that has a gift of knowing.

I saw a psychic the other day too…and she said that I’m going to have a baby boy next year!!! I don’t normally consult psychics but this lady approached me in Vietnam so I said hey what the heck I might as well ask her my burning question. I’m sending you tons of good baby vibes!!!!!!!!!!!!!
