Wendy: Day 1
I did my fertility test today. The wait for the result was 30 minutes, which seemed like an eternity. I was really, really, really happy that the test results told me to continue to try to conceive, YEAH!!! What if the test kit result would have indicated that I needed to consult a physician, insinuating that something is wrong? Fortunately, it didn't indicate that. Whhhheww! Green light to daily ovulation tests (O Tests).

Day 2
First O Test -- I was so excited today. Up bright & early. I was waiting to see two lines for an LH surge, but noooooo, nothing, not even a faint test line. I was disappointed, but I just started doing this so I need to be patient. I really thought that I ovulate immediately after my menstrual period ends but it's not working out that way. I thought because I am pretty regular with menstrual cycles, I would be "regular" with ovulation. NOT!

Day 3
O Test -- I was waiting to see two lines for an LH surge, but no. I am still fumbling around with the test kit instructions. Reading verbatim on how to collect and place the test kit. This stuff is not as easy for me as I thought.

I've been working hard to get my body lean by making different food choices, limiting my carbohydrates, eating a little more protein, and exercising at least 4 times a week. After about six or seven years of carrying an extra twenty-five pounds, I have finally shed the weight. Thank God. I was feeling like a stuffed potato for so long and now I am more confident and feeling better about my clothes fitting me better. I know this will help in managing my weight gain during the pregnancy.

Day 4
O Test -- You'd figure after a couple of days of doing this, I would not be forgetting my timer/alarm and would be able to get through the test without reading the instructions, but I don't want to do it wrong, so I read on.
