Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor--for her pioneering career in breaking the glass ceiling for women lawyers. Her role as a wife and mother during the same period is indicative of a smart, strong, organized, caring and effective woman. My own mom exemplifies all of these qualities as well.
