Experts say blood alcohol levels and the amount of alcohol in milk is
highest one and half hours after your last drink, but the length of time it
takes for alcohol to leave the body varies between women. The occasional
drink does no long-term harm to your infant -- just wait two hours per drink
before nursing to let the alcohol dissipate. |
