Halle Berry stands up to trespassing paparazzi: New mommy Halle Berry alleges that an overzealous paparazzi trespassed on her private property to get a shot of her daughter Nahla. The photo was circulated all over the Internet and appeared in two celeb magazines. The photog claims the photos were taken out in public, but Halle has filed a criminal complaint and the situation is currently under investigation.

Randy Pausch, of "The Last Lecture" fame, has died: Randy Pausch, the Carnegie Mellon computer science professor known for his famous last lecture, has died of pancreatic cancer at the age of 47. Last September, his last lecture became an Internet sensation and an inspiration to millions of people. "Cancer didn't change me at all,'' he said previously. "I know lots of people talk about the life revelation. I didn't have that. I always thought every day was a gift, but now I am looking for where to send the thank you note.''

Dancing Star gives birth: It's a boy for Marissa Jaret Winokur, of Dancing with the Stars, and her husband, comedy writer Judah Miller. Zev Isaac Miller was born Tuesday weighing 8 lbs., 7 oz., and was carried to term by a surrogate mother. Winokur, who survived cervical cancer seven years ago, said, "I told Judah the minute Zev was conceived our lives changed" adding, "I can't believe I am sitting here next to my baby. This is the one thing that's been missing from our lives. Now our house is really going to be a home."

Madge's brother loves "watching her squirm": Christopher Ciccone, author of the tell-all book Living with My Sister Madonna, admitted to The New York Observer he is enjoying his sister's misery and the family drama he's created. Ciccone says Madonna sent him an e-mail stating, "Call me," when she heard of the unauthorized biography, but he never wrote her back. Saying, "I will admit to a guilty pleasure in watching her squirm," the little brother also described his reaction to publishing the book, comparing it to "a giant f------ orgasm. Therapy I already had; this was pure sex."

Barenaked Ladies off Disney Block Party tour: The Barenaked Ladies have opted out of the Disney Block Party tour after singer-guitarist Steven Page's recent cocaine charge. "Members of the band completely support Steven Page, but we don't want to put Disney in an awkward position before issues involving Steven's arrest are resolved," band manager Terry McBride said. Page, 38, has pleaded not guilty to the charges that were placed against him earlier this month.

Christian Bale assaults his mom?: The Dark Knight star Christian Bale has been arrested for assaulting his mom and sister Sunday, the night before his blockbuster movie premiered in London, TMZ reports. British police sources say he went to a London police station this morning by appointment and was arrested there. The actor's rep said in a statement: "Mr. Bale, who denies the allegation, co-operated throughout, gave his account in full of the events in question, and has left the station without any charge being made against him by the police. At this time, there will be no further comment by Mr. Bale."
