Angelina leaves hospital with the twins: After delivering twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline last weekend via cesarean, Angelina Jolie left the hospital early this morning in Nice, France. Doctors say Angelina and her newborns are doing well and thanked Jolie-Pitt for choosing their hospital.

Britney Spears and K-Fed reach custody settlement: Britney Spears and her ex Kevin Federline have reached a custody settlement. According to the agreement, which still needs to be signed off on by the court, Federline retains sole custody of the couple's two sons, Preston, 2 1/2, and Jayden, 1 1/2. Spears -- who's currently allowed two visits and one overnight per week -- will get more visitation rights. A source close to the singer confirms she'll now pay Federline $20,000 a month in child support, an increase from $15,000.

with the married actor has been publicized after steamy pictures
surfaced this week of the two actors kissing on a boat off the Amalfi
coast. Getty has been married for nine years to his wife Rosetta (whose
name he tattooed on his chest) and just fathered their fourth child
together. Sources say Miller and Getty have been dating for at least
two months. "It's humiliating," a friend tells PEOPLE. "Rosetta left
the country to protect the kids, and he continues to see Sienna
publicly."

Sexual predator wore "World's Greatest Dad" T-shirt: Daniel Allen Everett was arrested wearing a "World's Greatest Dad" T-shirt when he went to meet with who he thought was a 14-year-old girl. Everett "allegedly engaged in graphic sexual conversation with an undercover agent and propositioned the agent, who was posing as a 14-year-old girl, to meet him for sex," prosecutors issued in a statement. Everett has been charged with child sexual abuse and using the Internet to attempt sexual abuse.

Madonna's brother plugs tell-all: Christopher Ciccone, the
little brother of Madonna, talked with Good Morning America about his
new book My Life with Madonna. The 47-year-old answered questions about
the alleged affair between his sister and Yankees baseball star Alex
Rodriguez ("I doubt they had an affair. It seems absurd to me"),
sibling rivalry ("Madonna became the focus of attention. And that
attention turned into a kind of ego"), and his beef with hubby Guy
Ritchie, who he claims came between him and Madge ("He treats me as if
I am an employee and not his brother-in-law"). The book was released on
Monday.

Mom: 'No excuses' for Khloe Kardashian's jail term: Khloe Kardashian violated her probation after getting a DUI and she has been sentenced to 30 days in county jail. She admitted to failing to complete roadside cleanup duty and not enrolling in an alcohol education class, reports People. "There's lots of things I could be sitting here saying, and excuses for my daughter, but there isn't one," Khloe's mom Kris Jenner told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show. "At this point, I'm up against a wall. What am I going to do? Holler at her? Scream at her? I've done all that." Valerie Bertinelli defends Kirstie Alley: Despite rumors that Jenny Craig dropped Kirstie Alley for Valerie Bertinelli because Kirstie couldn't maintain her weight loss, Valerie told OK! magazine she doesn't believe the hype. "I don't think that's true," Valerie says. "I've seen Kirstie, and I think she looks terrific." Although magazine photos show Kirstie's increasing weight gain, Valerie says she doesn't see it. "I don't know what those photographs might say," she says. "I don't really see a lot of them; I've heard of them. But I disagree. When I've been with Kirstie, she looks terrific." The actress adds: "I'm not a two; I'm not a four; I'm between a six and an eight," she said of her size. "In the business I'm in, that's heavy. But you know what? I'm comfortable at this weight"

Miss USA taking "break a leg" to a whole new level: In the Miss Universe pageant, Miss USA 2008 Crystle Stewart tripped down stairs during the evening gown competition. Her shoe appeared to catch her dress as she competed in the 57th annual Miss Universe pageant in Vietnam. She responded by smiling and clapping to the crowd. This is the second year in a row that the USA contestant has taken a fall during the evening dress competition. What a trip!
