A new baby gadget is getting some press again, this time showing up on Good Morning America. Lena, an electronic word counter that attaches to your baby's clothes and digitally records and tallies the words the child is exposed to throughout the day, retails for about 400 bucks.

Apparently, says the Lena Web site, a child should hear 25 million words by the time they're 4 years old (that's 17,000 words a day!) or they'll fall short in kindergarten, land a low-paying job, and wind up living in the streets.

A boy named Sue, meet a girl named Stanley. Stanley was actually the name of Barack Obama's mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, after her dad, who wanted a boy.

A 21-year-old grapples with telling a little boy she's his Mom.

Panda asks our Moms: "I have a 2-year-old son. He doesn't live with me because I was 18 when I had him. I am now about to turn 21, and he is almost 3. He lives with my aunt and uncle and he calls them Mommy and Daddy. When should he know that I am his real mother? Also, how should I go about it?"
