Since 1996, the widow of grunge rocker and heroin addict, Kurt Cobain, has had a plethora of drug-inflicted legal issues. She’s been to court-appointed rehab several times, has been on house arrest, and even lost custody of her daughter Francis Bean (now 16 years old) temporarily in 2003.
