Ok, the longer tops/tunics are back so it was just a matter of time before leggings and stirrup pants showed up, as well. The real problem with her outfit is the heels. Flats or boots look a bit nicer. It was originally apre’ ski wear that was so comfortable that it just walked off the slopes and into everyday attire.
Sorry you tall babes but I am petite and we had to roll them under or we looked like we had a load in our pants:)

i love stirrup pants - did when i was young and still do - socks on the inside or out, or not at all - with sandles or shoes or boots - just love them - especially with the new tops that are out today - takes me right back to when i was around 11 - a good thing never goes out of style

I remember stirrup pants with horror- they were never long enough for my legs and thus pulled terribly on my feet. I always ended up “unhooking” them leaving the stirrup hanging off the back of my leg somewhere close to mid-calf. A very chic look. Not. Way toward the end of the fad I managed to find a couple pairs in a tall size, but by then no one else was wearing them anymore.

I like her shoes.

I have long legs, so those things NEVER looked good on me! The crotch hung between my thighs! lol I agree with anonymous, they hurt my feet too!

okay first of all skinny jeans have been back in style so yeah isn’t that from like the 80’s? and people should be able to wear what they want…..yes I do agree a lot of these are kinda bad but not all the things coming back in style are bad

There’s no substitute for common sense. As long as young people don’t use it we—as a society—need to set reasonable rules. We’ve made a woman’s style of dress no excuse for crimes like rape…perhaps we’ve gone too far in that direction and we need to remind young women that if they go out of their way to “ask for it”, they shouldn’t be too surprised, or indignant, and upset when they get it.

I was in Wal-Mart the other day and saw tunics with leggins attached, an 80’s fad that should stay there. I even saw leg warmers!! ouch! I’ve destroyed all the photos of me in these attire. Are people so bored that they have to bring ridiculous fads back in the name of fashion? Get a clue. Use some imagination and stay away from old fads that didn’t work when they first came out. There is a reason these fads were short-lived people.

wow, this is unreal.. leave people alone,I know dress codes should be in place in the workplace and schools..
But what one wears in their free time
is of their own choosing.. Sure I hate some of the fads and think all these
guys need to pull up their pants or just ditch them altogether and wear only boxers. But as long as their private area is covered who cares.. Just laugh and stop looking..
