Just for the record, this corset piercing isnt done very well, see how the rings are pulling at her skin? They shouldnt do that….thats the mark of an inexperienced artist. When dont properly, they are placed beneath the skin with a sub dermal bar. and this means that the piercing CAN withstand some tugging and pulling without pain.
They are a very sexy and very beautiful ‘up and coming’ piercing. and you can expect to see much more of them.
And i dont know why you seem to think that body piercings show a lack of confidance and self esteem. it is not so at all. it takes courage to change something about yourself, because it is something you love, even when you know that shallow minded people are going to judge you based on it. It takes courage to be different, not for attention, but in a search to find identity. dont you know what it feels like to look in the mirror, and not recognise the person looking back, because they dont look, how you feel inside?
