Tattoos can be done in good taste…this doesn’t seem to be one of them. Some of you may think TopDog is being judgemental, but I’m guessing you are all under 30 and don’t have careers, just jobs. I have tats and I love them, but I teach, so they are discreet. Welcome to the world of grown ups; if you don’t think you are judged by society every minute of every day, you are naive.

Charles and TopDog, i really hav to agree with Jenn. You are so obviously discriminating against someone for their appearance…..thats exactly like racism or sexism….judging someone by how they chose to live their lives and what the do with their body…..thats exactly like not hiring them because they are homosexual or something…..

You really are quite narrow minded if you believe that tattoos dictate who a person is, and how well they will do a job. didn’t you learn in school…dont judge a book by its cover?

Over-the-top tattoos speaks to their ability to make mature, long-term decisions. Disqualifying someone for a job because of them is not “discrimination,” just good selection.

TopDog, even if they were easily the most qualified candidate? That’s awfully sad, if you ask me, and definitely a form of discrimination.

Interesting Tatoo. I’m afriad if I were looking to hire someone and they came in with visible tatoos similar to this, they would not make it to the top of my list.
