O.J. Simpson's attorney is doing an about-face on a statement he made last week in which he said the Goldmans would get zip from his late client's estate in the wake of his death.

Malcolm LaVergne -- the executor of O.J.'s will, and his longtime lawyer -- told THR that he might've been a little overzealous in what he initially said on this topic ... namely, that he'd fight tooth and nail to make sure the Goldmans received zero dollars from O.J.'s estate.

He says, "I can tell you in advance, Fred Goldman's claim will be accepted. And his claim will be handled in accordance with Nevada law."

Courtney Love ain't showin' much love for Taylor Swift -- in fact, she's got some harsh words for her ... not to mention for Beyoncé and a lot of other ladies in the modern pop space.

The alternative rocker made her controversial remarks in a recent interview with The Standard, first zeroing in on Taylor by calling her "not important." Love accused Taylor of being a "safe space for girls" and the Madonna of this generation.

She then ends her thoughts by saying T-Swift is "not interesting as an artist."

Gypsy Rose Blanchard and Ryan Anderson got into a major fight about his food hoarding ways before splitting up ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Gypsy Rose tell TMZ … she wasn't fully aware of Ryan's hoarding issues regarding food before moving in with him after her release from prison. We're told this caused tension for the couple in the 2-bedroom apartment they shared.

Ryan allegedly collects and keeps food items in bulk, which GRB wasn't feeling.

It looks like they painted 818 branding all over the wall, but they didn't -- it's actually a separate piece they slapped on top of the wall ... which is why the owner is now pissed. You see, there's an AC/DC mural underneath that they recently had installed, which he claims is now damaged as a result of how the 818 team set this whole thing up and left it behind.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the actor recently toured a castle in Montalto Dora, Italy -- a small town with a little over 3,000 people living there -- as a potential addition to his real estate portfolio. However, we're told nothing is official ... but he is considering a buy.

The castle is valued at about $4 million, and it's for sale ... if he is interested in claiming it as his own.
